With Only 52K Miles this is a nice DIESEL RV. This is a 6 speed Alison transmission with a 275 Cummings engine.  Engine and Transmission are PERFECT. This runs and drives PERFECT.  This can drive home. Cold AC. This has a washer and dryer. This has 1 Very Large Slide on the left.  This was parked beside a house that burned. This has heat damage from the burning house. There was never inner power to this RV before or after the fire. It was all turned off because of the exposed wires (nothing shorted out). This will need the few wires spliced in and replaced including the direct tv box and dvd player. This needs the inside front top section replaced and the front windshield. Everything else inside will clean up nice. Outside top is perfect. The door opens and closes perfect and the auto stairs work. The outside right front needs repaired and painted by a body shop. I spoke with the previous owner and Everything was meticulously maintained. He said towing a SUV he got 10MPG.

This vehicle appears to need the following:

  • Repair wires

  • Replace inside top front section

  • Repair outside front right

  • Replace windshield

  • Clean the salvage title

This is on a Freightliner MB70 frame
