
We bought this aircraft before September 11, 2001 at auction while the world markets were high. We paid a premium for the aircraft. After the tragedy we had no choice but to hold on to the aircraft until the market price went back up. We are friends with the Sheriff of Gambia which allowed us to keep the aircraft safe at the UN airport. The title is free and clear with Wells Fargo as the Trustee. We are looking for a fair offer. This needs batteries, wipers, maintenance, life raft and the fuel tanks cleaned out. This currently holds a US registration with a trustee in US. The title is free and clear. We can set up an inspection any time.
Boeing 727-243 ADV passenger jet in perfect condition
This is a Boeing 727-243 Advance passenger jet in perfect condition. But has been laid up for two years so will need an engine service before it is able to fly. Cabin and cockpit are fully operational.
There are 132 y class seats and 14 1st class seats which are all leather. The aircraft is located in Banjul Airport, Gambia, Africa. A inspection of the aircraft may be arranged. The a/c is registered in New York and is on a N reg. The registration is 22165. The a/c was once owned by Peoples Express and Continental Airlines.
The A/c has been maintained by Air Logistics Paris. The engines where last started 2 years ago. The aircraft has new wheels, tires and brakes. In storage ready to be fitted on.
There is no reserve.
