With only 5 miles this 2004 Neon is BRAND NEW. This is a 5 Speed. This is ready to drive anywhere in the country. Engine and Transmission are perfect. This car was at a new Dodge dealer lot that flooded. This was 1 of 50 cars on the lot that was claimed to have been wet. This car has NO evidence of any water ever in this car. It is completely dry and SMELLS BRAND NEW. This is a completely flawless Neon. In my opinion the dealer needed to sell some cars so they made this claim.
