EASY EASY EASY Fixer
This is a 2003 Coachmen Cascade. This was in a storm
and blew over lightly on the right side. This frame is perfect.
It tows perfect. This was towed 500 Miles to
Huntsville as is. The right side was pushed in slightly. The side itself is in
very good condition. The front and rear right bottom quarter needs repaired. The
right front stable leg (which is powered) is bent under and needs replaced.
Needs a stair step replaced. The hand rail to the door needs repaired. The top
needs minor repair on edge. The ladder was damaged. The interior needs various
minor repairs to the right side walls. The cabinets need various repairs. This
has a ducked 15000BTU furnace, microwave. Right awning is ripped and may
need repaired or replaced. All glass is good. The tanks are missing (not allowed
on Ins. auction property). The splotches on the walls are from us taking off
"wall banner". The suspension is perfect. The left side opens and closes
perfect. The Left Slide Out is PERFECT.
This is a Honest assessment of this Vehicle to the best of my knowledge.

A salvage title can easily be cleaned in any state. After the work has been completed the state inspects the vehicle and issues a rebuilt title. Check your state for instruction on cleaning a title.
