Generator works PERFECT with 500 hours

Power hook up and the AC inverter:

This is the Right side mirror. It needs to be welded and a new glass. Also this is the plastic roof top that goes over the frig.

This is the rear solid mud flap that hangs in the rear. It was taken off for previous transport.

Brand new spare tire and LP has lots in it.

Auto Leveling Hydraulic Jacks:

This hole above the AC is the one that all water entered because that is where the top is lowest.

Looking toward the rear:

Note the 2 dents on the edge. One is above the frig and the other near the door.

This one wall here could have been kicked at bottom. There is no reason because this wall has no pressure on top.

This cabinet appears ok in the bedroom.

Bathroom is all ok.

Bedroom ceiling is all good.

The issue with the frig area is the lower frig support fell. The bottom needs rebuilt and then is will all go back.

This has 2 AC Controls. One is in the rear.

This is the lower frig area. With the top jacked and the bottom frig rebuilt it will all go back and fit.

The low area between the TV and the AC is where it leaked. In the middle.

REAL Corian Counter top. Solid and heavy.

With Only 18,164 Miles this is a NICE CLEAN 36.5ft 2 slide RV. This is a gas V10 triton with hydraulic levelers, 2 slides and a Nice Generator. This V10 has LOTS of power. This was bought from an insurance company. This Runs and Drives Perfect. Engine and Trans are Perfect. This has top damage from a fallen tree from right side to left. When the tree fell on top it punctured the top causing minor water damage (on the hard wood floor) from the leak. This also needs the right front windshield (cracked) and the windshield repositioned. This needs the top pushed back up and repaired. This needs the inside few cabinets (on the Right side) repaired along with the refrigerator area. EVERYTHING including BOTH AC Units WORK PERFECT.   Left side of top and corner interior is all good. Both slides open and close Perfect. This has REAL Corian counters. We Drove this 200 miles. It Runs and Drives PERFECT. Tires are all in Great condition (only 18K miles). This was Well taken care of. Leather interior is all nice. This has the nice double window shades with partial and full shade in each window. Generator works Perfect. This also has the auto step that comes out when the door opens.

I guarantee you like this RV or you don't have to take it at pickup

 

Folks that are asking about the salvage title. A car or RV gets a salvage title when an insurance company pays a car off. They do this to release the liability on the car and tax write off.
